Podcast #1 - Basic Health Principles

Karen and Diane discuss some of the core principles that when applied daily in a consistent manner can have a positive impact on our well being.

They talk about the bodies amazing ability to heal itself when given the proper "tools" to work with.

Diane goes over a general list of daily practices to empower the listener in moving toward wellness.

They also encourage everyone to start practicing a more proactive approach to wellness and emphasized a positive mindset of expecting wellness.
